Numbers, Numbers, Numbers. . .

Russ was paranoid over having a bad month so he would cherry pick the repair jobs that he wanted to work with. Once he reached his number for the month he would hold over any additional repair jobs to ensure that he would have plenty for the following month. This caused friction within the office because we knew that Russ was only looking out for himself and I was pissed that I couldn’t get the same deal. Continue reading
